Job Vacancy: Deputy Manager
Location: Silverpoint Court Care Home, Silverpoint Marine, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 7TN
Contracted hours: Full Time (to include some weekend working)
Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements
(Hourly) rate of pay: £14.00
As a Deputy Manager, you will enjoy being part of an exceptionally supportive team, welcoming you into providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to the people living at Silverpoint Court Care Home. You will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the Care Home, showing your passion and commitment for delivering the highest standard of care to our residents and promoting care that is person centred and evidence based.

You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
The Deputy Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting the Home Manager in the day to day running of the Home.
Showing your passion and commitment for delivering the highest standard of care to our residents.
Developing evidenced based care in a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment.
Inducting and supervising the care staff team.
Liaising with multidisciplinary team and families.
Helping in administering and ordering medicine, assessing and planning admissions.
